about me

From an Italian heritage, I was born in Montreal, Canada and moved to Adelaide with my family in 1984, and have lived here ever since.  I have worked in the financial services industry for almost twenty years.  Outside of work I enjoy making the most out of everything life has to offer. Be it a quiet night at home, with a fine wine and dog cuddles, or time on the river with my family,  lots of travel and shopping!

What do you enjoy most about wealth management?
My role is insurance focused so the most enjoyable part of my work is helping our clients through the tough times. I get great job satisfaction in telling our clients that an insurance claim has been approved and that they can spend time recovering from illness or grief without having the financial worry. Knowing that we are the reason they have this protection in place is also very rewarding. 

What do you love most about being part of Calder Wealth Management?
I love that at we work together in a relaxed environment to achieve the best results for our clients. 

What’s the best piece of advice you have ever been given?
This would have to been from my late grandfather who encouraged me to “never put off for tomorrow what you can do today as life is too short”. 

What professional accomplishments are you most proud of?
Having started as the receptionist over nine years ago, I have had the opportunity to experience many roles in the company before settling into insurance. Developing my knowledge to now being considered a specialist in the area. 

How should people think about their wealth?
I think people should think about their wealth like their child; with the right nutrients, guidance and protection, the child will grow and develop but there may still be times when they get knocked down and need help getting back up and continue on the right path. 

What do you love to do outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy spending days on the river with my family, cuddles with my dogs, travel and shopping! 

What is your Career highlight?
Obtaining my Diploma of Financial Services 

What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?
Living with four teenage boys is never easy, but throw in full time work and running around for extracurricular activities and remaining sane is an accomplishment!
