about me
I’m an Adelaide person born and raised, having grown up in the foot hills and now living down on the flat. My family is my wife, my two boys and myself, along with most of my extended family also being in Adelaide. I have always been in financial planning and other related finance roles my whole career and enjoy understanding the numbers and solving problems for clients. Outside of work, my family is a big part of relaxing, along with hiking, travelling and enjoying playing golf.
What would you be doing if you weren’t working in Wealth Management?
As a keen golfer I would be building my own golf course … and keep busy by playing lots of golf on it!
How should people think about their wealth?
They should take time to consider and think through important decisions but remember spending on the right things is okay.
What’s the biggest challenge in wealth management?
Helping my clients achieve the best possible outcomes whilst battling constant regulatory change.
What do you love most about being part of Calder Wealth Management?
We have a common purpose to achieve consistent outcomes for our clients.
What quality of yours makes you best suited to what you do?
I have great enjoyment of “the numbers” and it’s satisfying to help people overcome complex financial problems
What do you love to do outside of work?
I enjoy the outdoors so hiking with my family is always on my to-do-list.

Golf My Way – Jack Nicklaus
What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?
I tied for the 1st round lead in the SA team of the Australian School Boys Team Golf event and I believe Adam Scott was in the QLD team at the time.
What do you enjoy most about wealth management?
Helping clients navigate the complex financial world and simplifying “the noise” for them.
